Consent to the processing of personal data of visitors (users)
Hereby I (hereinafter also - the User) give my consent to LLC “BV-Kaluga”, OGRN 1084025003787, address 248030, Kaluga, Suvorova Street, 71, B (hereinafter also - the Operator) and its authorized representatives to process my personal data (hereinafter - the Consent) entered by me in the fields of forms on the website. 1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation tools.
2. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of mine:
1) Surname, first name, patronymic;
2) Contact telephone numbers;
3) E-mail addresses.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: establishment, fulfillment of contractual obligations, consulting, establishing feedback with the User, registration of users of the site, conducting advertising campaigns and marketing and statistical research, providing access to the User to the sites and services of partners of the site in order to receive products, updates and services.
4. The basis for processing of personal data are: this Consent of the subject of personal data, Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law №152FZ “On Personal Data”; the Charter of LLC “BV-Kaluga”. I confirm that I am familiarized with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation establishing the procedure of personal data processing, with the Operator's Policy regarding the processing of personal data received through the website, as well as with my rights and obligations in this area.
5. In the course of processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); depersonalization; blocking; deletion; destruction.
6. Transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, an agreement with the participation of the subject of personal data or with the consent of the subject of personal data. The User agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Consent. The transfer of the User's personal data to third parties is possible subject to the condition that such persons undertake obligations to ensure the confidentiality of the information received. The User's personal data may be transferred at the request of authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.1 I agree that in some cases LLC “BV-Kaluga” may provide certain personal information and data to strategic partners to provide products and services, or to those of them who help to realize products and services to Users (in case I fill out a form on the Operator's website, which serves as my consent for interaction with strategic partners). The Operator provides third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the required service or to carry out the required transaction. Personal information will be provided by the Operator only for the purpose of providing Users with products and services, as well as to improve these products and services and related communications. The Operator may be required - by law, judicial order, in legal proceedings and/or on the basis of public requests or requests from public authorities within or outside the territory of the User's country of residence - to disclose the User's personal data. Additionally, in the event of reorganization, merger or sale, BV-Kaluga LLC may transfer any or all personal information collected to an appropriate third party.
7. Consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator is valid from the date of giving such consent. The processing of personal data shall be terminated on the following grounds:
- achievement of the purposes of personal data processing;
- withdrawal of the personal data subject's (or his/her legal representative's) consent to the processing of his/her personal data;
- detection of unlawful processing of personal data.
8. Consent is given, including for possible trans-border transfer of personal data and informational (advertising) notifications.
9. Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his/her representative by sending a written application to the Operator or his/her representative to the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.
10. In case of withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data by the subject of personal data or his/her representative, LLC “BV-Kaluga” has the right to continue processing of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data in the presence of the grounds specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law № 152FZ “On Personal Data” of 26.06.2006.
